Governments Urged to Pick Up the Tools To Help Build Career Pathways in the Trades for Women at Risk
Federal and State Governments have been urged to pick up the tools and help build careers in the trades for women as part of the national economic recovery, including a special focus on vulnerable women and women from lower income households.

Tradeswomen Australia (TWA) and the Tradeswomen Australia Community Foundation (TWACF) last week announced the Wyndham Pathways Project, an initiative launched in Wyndham (near Melbourne, Victoria) which aims to help vulnerable and disadvantaged women gain employment in trade.

The Tradeswomen Australia Community Foundation today welcomed the support of the Lord Mayor Charitable Foundation, which has announced $70,000 towards establishing a special project in the city of Wyndham. Read the full announcement here.
