Here are some past service consultancy projects:
MAS National Partnership (2024-2026)
This national partnership focuses on improving the attraction, support and retention of women in apprenticeships by strengthening employer capability and workplace readiness across the apprenticeship ecosystem.
Funded and delivered in partnership MAS National, the project combines research and industry insights, employer workshops, practical tools and resources, national advocacy and strategic industry engagement to help employers build equity-ready workplaces and support long-term apprenticeship success.
AGL (2025-2026)
Tradeswomen Australia partnered with AGL on pathways that embed practical gender equity tools into large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring sustainable talent pipelines.
GoodCycles (2025)
Tradeswomen Australia led a Gender Impact Assessment with Good Cycles to embed diversity and psychosocial safety into the green jobs of the future, shaping systemic inclusion strategies for youth and community employment. Read more.
Remade for Trades (on request)
Remade for Trades is a program for girls, women and non-binary experiencing hardship wanting to learn about moving into a secure, well-paid job as a skilled tradeswoman. It involves engaging with employers, community groups and women at a local level to provide support, connectedness and opportunities for trades employment.
Remade for Trades has been funded by Local Government, Philanthropic Foundations and Employers.
Connecting Women to Trades (2024)
This project addressed young women and non-binary,school-leavers aged 16+ seeking employment opportunities in construction. Funded by the NSW Government the program ran in the Sydney, Blue Mountains, Hunter & Central, North and Mid North Coast areas.
