    CEO Janet Cribbes brings extensive leadership and community services experience to Tradeswomen Australia as CEO, stepping down from the non-Executive role for Tradeswomen Community Foundation to take up the CEO role.  Until taking up her role at Tradeswomen Australia, Janet was the Chairperson for the Working Group developing the new Pathways Victoria Response model for Complaints and Response for the Catholic Church of Victoria. Janet is also a non-Executive director of two Boards, Wellsprings for Women as Chair and director for SEAM as sustainability social enterprise.

    Workplace Diversity Officer (Tasmania) Dr Tanya Paterson has worked in the gender equity arena for many years across Australia, including TAFE NSW Women's unit, NSW State Rail, Victoria University and the Department of Education and Training.  She has a doctorate in Organisational Behaviour and is the author of Women in Vocational Education and Training. Tanya now resides in Northwest Tasmania and works with Tradeswomen Australia to increase diversity and inclusion in workplaces and encourage women’s participation in trades.

    Apprentice Engagement Officer Fearghus has worked in both commercial and NFP organisations and is currently completing a Bachelor of Business/Commerce from Deakin University.  A key experience for Fearghus was working with Jesuit Social Services in their Corporate Diversity Partnerships Program and seeing so many talented and experienced people being passed over because of negative societal and cultural biases.
